Ingredients:

  • 300g English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 300g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 50g red onion, thinly slivered
  • 15g fresh dill, chopped
  • 115g mayonnaise
  • 60g Greek yogurt
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 5g garlic, minced
  • 3g salt
  • 1g black pepper
  • 1g granulated sugar

Instructions:

  1. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds. Toss them with a pinch of salt in a colander for 5 minutes to release excess water, then pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Combine the prepared cucumbers, halved tomatoes, and slivered red onions in a large bowl.
  4. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and gently fold with a spatula until every slice is coated. Fold in the fresh dill last.
