Ingredients:
- 300g English cucumber, thinly sliced
- 300g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 50g red onion, thinly slivered
- 15g fresh dill, chopped
- 115g mayonnaise
- 60g Greek yogurt
- 15ml lemon juice
- 5g garlic, minced
- 3g salt
- 1g black pepper
- 1g granulated sugar
Instructions:
- Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds. Toss them with a pinch of salt in a colander for 5 minutes to release excess water, then pat dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth.
- Combine the prepared cucumbers, halved tomatoes, and slivered red onions in a large bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and gently fold with a spatula until every slice is coated. Fold in the fresh dill last.
