  • ½ tsp (3g) Salt
  • ¼ tsp (1g) Black pepper, freshly cracked
  • ¼ tsp (1g) Roasted cumin powder
  • 1 small (5g) Green chili, minced

Instructions:

  1. Dice the cucumber, tomatoes, and onions into uniform 1/4-inch cubes, ensuring the tomatoes are seeded first.
  2. Place the diced vegetables in a mixing bowl and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and roasted cumin powder. Toss gently to combine.
  3. Drizzle fresh lime juice over the mixture and fold in the chopped cilantro and minced green chili. Serve immediately.
