- ¼ tsp (1g) Roasted cumin powder
- 1 small (5g) Green chili, minced
Instructions:
- Dice the cucumber, tomatoes, and onions into uniform 1/4-inch cubes, ensuring the tomatoes are seeded first.
- Place the diced vegetables in a mixing bowl and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and roasted cumin powder. Toss gently to combine.
- Drizzle fresh lime juice over the mixture and fold in the chopped cilantro and minced green chili. Serve immediately.
