- 1/2 cup (75g) snap peas or bell pepper strips
- 1 small granola bar (28g)
- 2 tbsp (30g) dried cranberries or raisins
- 1 small square (20g) dark chocolate or a mini cookie
Instructions:
- Wash all produce under cold water. Slice cucumbers or peppers into uniform sticks. If using apples, toss them in a pinch of lemon juice to prevent browning.
