Ingredients:

  • 14.3 oz Oreos
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 12 oz green candy melts
  • 1 tbsp refined coconut oil
  • 24 large red candy heart sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Place the 14.3 oz Oreos into a food processor. Pulse until the mixture looks like fine, dark sand with no large chunks remaining.
  2. Add the 8 oz softened cream cheese and a pinch of salt to the crumbs. Blend until a heavy, uniform dough forms and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
  3. Scoop the mixture into 24 portions and roll them into smooth spheres between your palms. Place them on a lined tray and freeze for 15 minutes until firm to the touch but not frozen solid.
  4. Melt the 12 oz green candy melts with 1 tbsp coconut oil in 30 second intervals. Dip each chilled ball into the green coating until completely submerged and shimmering.
  5. Immediately place a red heart sprinkle on the side of each ball before the coating sets. Let them rest at room temperature until the shell is matte and hard.
