Ingredients:

  • 1 large whole grain tortilla (60g)
  • 3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt (45g)
  • 1 tsp honey (5ml)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (1g)
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries (75g)
  • 1/4 cup blueberries (35g)
  • 1 small banana, sliced into rounds (60g)
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds (15g)

Instructions:

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Stir until the mixture is velvety and the cinnamon is evenly distributed.
  2. Lay the tortilla flat on your cutting board. Spread the protein mixture in a centered rectangle, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  3. Arrange the banana slices first to create a structural spine, then scatter the strawberries and blueberries on top. Sprinkle the hemp seeds across the fruit for a nutty finish.
  4. Fold the left and right sides of the tortilla inward by about 2 inches. Starting from the bottom, roll the wrap tightly toward the top, applying gentle pressure to ensure the filling stays compressed.
  5. Slice diagonally in half to reveal the colorful interior.
