Ingredients:
- 1 cup (245g) Plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp (5ml) Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp (3g) Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp (1g) Dried dill
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) Fine sea salt
- 1/4 tsp (1.2g) Cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Add the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and olive oil to a mixing bowl. Stir vigorously until the oil is fully emulsified and the mixture looks glossy and smooth.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper over the top. Fold the spices in gently using a spoon until no clumps of garlic powder remain and the dip is a uniform pale green tint.
- Taste the dip. If it feels too thick, stir in a teaspoon of water or additional lemon juice until it reaches a velvety consistency that holds a peak but remains scoopable.
