Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (245g) Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) Dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) Fine sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1.2g) Cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Add the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and olive oil to a mixing bowl. Stir vigorously until the oil is fully emulsified and the mixture looks glossy and smooth.
  2. Sprinkle the garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper over the top. Fold the spices in gently using a spoon until no clumps of garlic powder remain and the dip is a uniform pale green tint.
  3. Taste the dip. If it feels too thick, stir in a teaspoon of water or additional lemon juice until it reaches a velvety consistency that holds a peak but remains scoopable.
