Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480ml) Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup (240ml) Whole Milk
  • ¾ cup (150g) Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tbsp (12g) Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp (1.5g) Salt

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together the whole milk, granulated sugar, and salt in a bowl until the sugar is completely dissolved and the liquid is clear.
  2. Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract until the mixture is homogenous and smooth.
  3. For Ninja Creami Users: Pour the mix into the pint container and freeze for 24 hours. Process using the 'Lite Ice Cream' or 'Ice Cream' setting. If the result is crumbly, add one tablespoon of milk and 'Re-spin' for a glossy finish.
  4. For Traditional Churn Users: Pour the chilled mix into your frozen bowl and churn on high for 15–25 minutes until the mixture thickens and forms soft, billowing ribbons.
  5. Immediately transfer the soft serve to a piping bag or serve directly into a cone to capture the iconic swoop before it sets further.
