- 1 small (5g) Green Chili, minced
Instructions:
- Dice the cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions into uniform ¼-inch cubes, and mince the green chili. Ensure seeds are removed from cucumbers and tomatoes to prevent sogginess.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, black salt, cumin powder, and black pepper until combined.
- Combine all diced vegetables, minced green chili, and chopped cilantro in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the prepared dressing over the vegetables and toss gently with a spoon until evenly coated.
