  • 1/2 cup quick-rolled oats (60g)
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds (8g)
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Mash the ripe banana in a mixing bowl using a fork until it reaches a velvety, smooth consistency with no large lumps.
  2. Stir in the creamy peanut butter until the mixture is fully integrated. Fold in the rolled oats, ground flaxseeds, and cinnamon until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Scoop roughly 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it between your palms to create small, round balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  4. Place the bites on a parchment-lined tray. For the frozen version, place them in the freezer for 2 hours.
