Ingredients:

  • 3 oz deli turkey breast
  • 1 large hard-boiled egg
  • 1/2 cup seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup baby carrots
  • 1/4 cup cucumber
  • 30g whole grain crackers
  • 2 tbsp toasted pita bread
  • 2 tbsp classic hummus
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Lay the turkey slices flat and roll them tightly into small cylinders. If using a cookie cutter, press it into the rolls for a fun shape. Place the halved hard-boiled egg in the smallest compartment to prevent it from rolling.
  2. Halve the grapes lengthwise for safety. Dice the cucumber into uniform cubes and slice carrots into rounds. Fill the medium compartments, ensuring the colors are separated to maintain high visual contrast.
  3. Place the crackers and pita triangles in the largest dry compartment. Scoop the hummus and yogurt into the designated small sauce containers or the smallest leak-proof compartments. Press down lightly to ensure components are snug.
