Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup (160g) cantaloupe, diced
  • 1 cup (165g) fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup (130g) kiwi, peeled and sliced into half-moons
  • 1/2 cup (75g) blueberries, sliced lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (21g) maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) lemon zest

Instructions:

  1. Wash all produce thoroughly. Slice blueberries lengthwise into quarters and quarter the strawberries. Ensure pineapple chunks are cut into cubes no larger than 1/2 inch (1.2cm) to eliminate choking hazards.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and lemon zest. Whisk until the texture is velvety and the sweetener is fully incorporated.
  3. Arrange the fruit on a divided toddler plate or large platter in a curved arc following the rainbow order: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, and Blue. Place the dip bowl in the center as a visual focal point.
