Ingredients:

  • 2 oz deli turkey breast
  • 1 large hard-boiled egg
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup cucumber
  • 3-4 steamed carrot coins
  • 5-6 whole grain crackers
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 1 oz mild cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Place the cubed or rolled turkey in the largest compartment and nestle the quartered hard-boiled eggs beside them.
  2. Fill the medium compartments with cucumber half-moons and chilled steamed carrot coins, keeping them separate for visual contrast.
  3. Add the blueberries to a small compartment.
  4. Place the whole grain crackers and cubed cheddar cheese in the final section.
  5. Place the hummus in a tiny leak-proof container and nestle it into one of the vegetable or cracker compartments.
