- 2 cups crumbled vanilla cake
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 1/4 cup mini rainbow chocolate chips
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, almond extract, and sea salt until the mixture is smooth and completely integrated.
- In a separate bowl, beat the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture using a silicone spatula, working slowly to maintain aeration.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions until a soft-serve consistency is reached.
- During the final 2 minutes of churning, add the crumbled vanilla cake, rainbow sprinkles, and chocolate chips.
- Transfer the ice cream to an airtight freezer-safe container and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
