Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 2 cups crumbled vanilla cake
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup mini rainbow chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, almond extract, and sea salt until the mixture is smooth and completely integrated.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture using a silicone spatula, working slowly to maintain aeration.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions until a soft-serve consistency is reached.
  5. During the final 2 minutes of churning, add the crumbled vanilla cake, rainbow sprinkles, and chocolate chips.
  6. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight freezer-safe container and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
