I'm Lydia, and I've spent the last fifteen years navigating the chaos of a real home kitchen. Before I had two energetic kids and a golden retriever, I worked as a food stylist, creating "perfect" dishes for magazines. But real life isn't a photoshoot. I quickly learned that what families actually need aren't pristine, three-hour recipes, but meals that taste amazing and can be prepared while someone is asking for help with homework.
